We are POLDER & DIKE by Dry Goods Co. We respect your privacy and private life, but sometimes we need your personal data. In this privacy policy we explain which data we use and how we save, protect and process this data. This privacy policy applies to our website www.polderdike.com (the "website) and the services that we offer (the "services"). We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (the "relevant legislation").

1.ARE YOU UNDER THE AGE OF SIXTEEN ?

6.CONTESTS

If you participate in a campaign or contest, we ask the following data: name, e-mail. This way, we can carry out the campaign and announce prizewinners. We also measure the responses to our advertising.

7.NEWSLETTER

POLDER & DIKE offers newsletters. That way, you are fully informed of (discount)offers and other news. We use a double opt-in system to be sure of your permission. This means that you verify your permission for any new confirmation. We ask you for this verification via an e-mail that we send to the address you have given us. Every time we send you a newsletter you have the possibility to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

8.ORDERS

For your order we need your name, email address, address(es) and payment information. We will register, save and process your information to process your order efficiently and correctly. If necessary, we will also use that data for a subsequent guarantee. While processing your order there are no service providers involved. Algemene bepalingen

1. Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor persoonsgegevens, in overeenstemming met de AVG (hierna “Verordening” genoemd) is […..], bedrijfs-ID [….], gebaseerd in [….] (hierna “Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke” genoemd);

2. De contactgegevens van de Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke zijn: e-mail: [……], tel: [………];

3. Persoonsgegevens is alle informatie die betrekking heeft op een geïdentificeerde of identificeerbare natuurlijke persoon.

De bron van persoonsgegevens

1. De Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke verwerkt persoonsgegevens die zijn verkregen met toestemming van de Klant en verzameld via het contract voor de aankoop en uitvoering van de elektronische bestelling die in de online winkel […] is gemaakt.;

2. De Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke verwerkt enkel de identificatie- en contactgegevens van de Klant, die nodig zijn voor de uitvoering van het koopcontract;

3. De Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke verwerkt persoonsgegevens voor de verzend- en boekhoudkundige doeleinden en voor de noodzakelijke communicatie tussen de contractanten voor de duur die wettelijk vereist is. Persoonsgegevens zullen niet openbaar worden gemaakt en zullen niet worden overgezet naar andere landen.

Doel van de gegevensverwerking

De Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke verwerkt persoonsgegevens van de Klant voor de volgende doeleinden:

1. Registratie op de website [….] in overeenstemming met Hoofdstuk 4, Sectie 2 van de AVG;

2. Voor de uitvoering van de elektronische bestelling dat door de Klant gemaakt is (naam, adres, e-mail, telefoonnummer);

3. Om wetten en voorschriften na te leven die voortvloeien uit de contractuele relatie tussen Klant en Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke;

4. Persoonsgegevens zijn nodig voor de uitvoering van het koopcontract. Het contract kan niet worden afgesloten zonder de persoonsgegevens.

Duur van de opslag van persoonsgegevens

1. De Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke slaat persoonsgegevens op voor de periode die nodig is voor de nakoming van rechten en verplichtingen die voortvloeien uit de contractuele relatie tussen Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke en Klant en voor de duur van 3 jaar na het einde van de contractuele relatie;

2. De Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke moet alle persoonsgegevens verwijderen na het verstrijken van de periode die nodig is voor de opslag van persoonsgegevens.

Ontvangers en verwerkers van persoonsgegevens

Derde partijen die persoonsgegevens van de Klant verwerken zijn onderaannemers van de Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke. Diensten van deze onderaannemers zijn onmisbaar voor de succesvolle uitvoering van het contract voor de aankoop en verwerking van de elektronische bestelling tussen Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke en Klant.

Onderaannemers van de Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke zijn:

• Webnode AG (online winkel systeem);
• Verzendbedrijf;
• Google Analytics (website analytics);

Rechten van de Klant

In overeenstemming met de Verordening heeft de Klant recht op:

1. het recht op toegang tot persoonsgegevens;

2. het recht op rectificatie van persoonsgegevens;

3. het recht op wissing van persoonsgegevens;

4. het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van persoonsgegevens;

5. het recht op dataportabiliteit;

6. het recht om de toestemming voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens in te trekken, schriftelijk of via e-mail op: [….];

7. het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de toezichthoudende autoriteit in geval van vermoedelijke schending van de Verordening.

Beveiliging van persoonsgegevens

1. De Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke verklaart alle technische en organisatorische voorzorgsmaatregelen te treffen die noodzakelijk zijn voor de bescherming van persoonsgegevens;

2. De Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke heeft technische voorzorgsmaatregelen getroffen om de opslagruimtes voor gegevens te beveiligen, met name het beveiligen van de toegang tot de computer met een wachtwoord, het gebruik van antivirussoftware en het uitvoeren van regelmatig onderhoud aan de computers.

Slotbepalingen

1. Door een elektronische bestelling te plaatsen op de website [….], bevestigt de Klant op de hoogte te zijn van alle voorwaarden voor de bescherming van persoonsgegevens en aanvaardt deze volledig;

2. De Klant aanvaardt deze regels door het vakje in het aankoopformulier voor bestellingen aan te vinken;

3. De Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke kan deze Regels op elk moment bijwerken. De nieuwe, bijgewerkte versie moet op zijn website worden gepubliceerd.
